How does a mailbox or street sign replacement project work?

Our knowledgeable sales team will work with you to find the best products for your community based on your goals and budget. Proposals are typically delivered in less than 24 hours. You will receive and all-in price. No surprises. We take a deposit with the remaining balance due when work is complete.

Once a contract is accepted, the HOA representative will do a hand off call with our Project Management Team to ensure alignment between all parties.

If signs need to be proofed, the Art Department will reach out to the customer to finalize sign designs.

We build the product from inventory and set an installation date.

Insured, certified Project Installation Team arrives in uniform to your community to begin work. The team lead will meet with a representative from the HOA to review details.

Project is complete and a walkthrough is completed with the Installation Team Lead and the HOA Representative.

When HOA agrees that the project is complete, the remaining balance is due.

Do you only replace entire communities or do you also do individual installs?
Both! We work with the community to find the right solution based on their budget, covenants and current situation. Each project is unique. Some communities like to replace their mailboxes and street signs all at once, but others like to phase in mailboxes one at a time over multiple years. Our company is setup to support either approach.
